Keep Your Emails on the Personal Side

Every customer wants to feel and know that they are special. To help them feel this way, you need to customize your email. Start off with the customer’s name, but do not keep repeating the name over and over in the email. This may come off as creepy, and you don’t want that. Also, ensure you introduce yourself by name and indicate your function in the company. This will help build trust and confidence.
